Welcome to the 2022 - 2023 school year!

My name is Jennifer Rising.  I am the Speech and Language Clinician at the Purchase Line Elementary building. I provide the Speech and Language Support Services for grades K through 6. 

 

I began my career as a Speech and Language Clinician  January 6, 1992.  I had worked for ARIN Intermediate Unit #28 for 5 years and  currently at Purchase Line School District.  I have been at P.L.for 25 years and counting.  I went back to school earning a degree in Literacy.  I work with MTSS/ WIN assisting with children's reading needs as well. 

 

I believe communication and reading are two of the most important aspects of anyone's learning as they directly effect all other academic areas. I am excited to be part of the Purchase Line Team in facilitating student communication and reading skills.
