Welcome to Sixth Grade
Hello! My name is Mrs. Britton. I am a proud Red Dragon alumni of Purchase Line High School. I enrolled and graduated from I.U.P. with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Elementary Education. I did my student teaching in the Homer Center and Indiana School Districts, after which I taught at Penns Manor and Purchase Line. I have taught 6th grade for 28 of my 39 years in education. During the previous years, I taught everything from Kindergarten through fifth grade. Over the years, I have been a cheerleader coach for the high school and elementary, and I am in charge of the annual spelling bee each year.
I am married to my high school sweetheart, Mark, and together we have a daughter, Markie, and a son, Trevor, both of whom graduated from Purchase Line.
This year I will again be teaching the Language Arts and Social Studies curriculums.
